Delivery

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL or MRW with tracking number. 

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns

If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you  have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days.

You should contact the customer Service department at info vibasport.com in order to proceed with the return and its acceptance by Vibasport. No returns will be accepted without prior notification. No returns will be accepted on freight C.O.D.
